At times we all feel overwhelmed by the daily obligations
and burdens required of us. Many times it is our own procrastination that has loaded
us down with this daunting challenge. We find ourselves paralyzed by fear and
regret destroying our very own sense of self-worth with negative self-talk.
Stop the negative talk now! Take one or two items from your list and complete
them today. Tomorrow complete one or two more. With each day your list gets
smaller and your confidence grows. In time you will complete in hours what once
required days.
