It is official I Love Ultra Trail Running




My love for ultra trail running continues to grow! I have undoubtedly caught the trail running bug. Starting in 2016 I began my journey of several ultra distance races working my way up to my first 100 mile race at the Rocky Raccoon 100 in February of this year. My main goal was to finish and finish I did in a long and difficult 29 hours. 

Once again this coming February 2018 I will be running in the Rocky Raccoon 100 however chasing a main goal of completing the 100 miles in under 24hrs. 

I can't wait to see what happens!! =)



This is what's remaining of my RR100 training plan created by myself. This plan is a continuation of a Ironman Arizona training plan that I ran in Nov of this year. My main goal for Ironman Arizona was to have fun and the plan was run focused.
