Training Week 23 – I finished training week 23 with a total of 47 miles. My body and legs are feeling strong and I am seeing regular improvement in my conditioning. From this point forward until I start to taper for the Cascades 100 the majority of my Saturday Long runs will be 18 or more miles.
I am determined to complete another 100-mile trail race before the end of this year.

Saturday – Run 20 road miles
Sunday – Run 8 Miles Road
